Reem January 30, 2017 for Model Number KGRA806PSS02 The Kitchenaid stove I have looks like this stove, but the model # inside the oven is erased from cleaning products. We have a stove in another rental unit model #: KGRA806PSS02 that looks like the stove with model # erased. Is there another location in the stove where we can find what model number it might be? The glass broke off the oven while our handy man was pulling the stove out. It is the inside glass that can't be touched when you open the oven door. Is there any way you can help determine which glass we need? My handy man said he opened up the oven door and cleaned the broken glass. He didn't find any insulation inside. Is this strange? Do we also need to purchase insulation? Thank you
1 Answer Hello Reem, Since the glass can be different dimensions from model to model, it is strongly recommended to try to get the model number from the unit you are servicing. One method which is normally quite effective is to shine a strong flashlight on the units' I.D. tag from an angle. This will make it legible enough in most cases to get the needed parts. Do I need (2) inner glass doors (same part number) or is there (2) separate glass doors with different part numbers. Also, is there any way to tell if the 2nd inner glass is broken. 1 Answer Frank, The inner door glasses are different parts. If you are needing the glass that you would touch when you open the door then you would need WP4449259. If you need the other 2 inner door glass then the next one in from the one you touch when opening the door then it would be part number WP4455257 and the next one which is closest to the outer door glass would be WP4449263 Read More...

1 Answer Danielle, I believe your model should read KEBC208KSS02 (208 instead of 20B). The inner most door glass is part number WP4449259 and is clear. The middle inner door glass is part number WP8300974 and is also clear in color. The inner door glass located behind the outer door glass that has the rainbow tint is part number WP4449263.
