Larry Rominger April 18, 2021 for Model Number KEBC101KSS04 When cleaning between glasses I broke the plain glass that is 12 x 22 inches. I think it is the #7 part but don't know for sure. It also appeared when I was putting things together that there were 2 pieces of glass this same 12 x 22 size. Are they the same type of glass? I watched the how to video on this page and thought this would be an easy fix. However, the hinges on my oven door are different that the one on the model in the video, and I can't remove the door. My oven model is KEMS307DBL4. Can you help me?
1 Answer Shirley, To remove the door off of the unit, you would need to open the door all the way. There will be a hole on each hinge that you would either use the door hinge pin 814381 or a screwdriver, or some type of pin in the hole.
