Jimbo, July 31, 2011 for Model Number Maytag A105 Serial #159466XL I replaced this top loading washer Model A105 a year and a half ago with AP4025626 injector valve and AP4025333 Nozzle,and it is already overflowing the plastic retainer again. It doesn't happen when I filling for the wash cycle but when it does happen it is for the rinse cycle. I think it has to do with switching from full to partial load and/or hot to warm. I took out this injector valve and nozzle and it looks good, no holes or cracks. What else could it be?
1 Answer Hi Jimbo. Is your water valve part # 205613, not operating correctly and possibly over pressurizing the system? If you will get some white lithium grease and very lightly coat all the parts while assembeling, this may help. The valve knozzel with 2- clamps is part 12001677. The nozzell is part # WP213015. April 18, 2011 for Model Number A412 When I start the unit to fill the tub, water leaks out of the plastic retangle device located in the middle of the injector hose assembly (AP4023882-Made by Whirlpool). Mark April 15, 2011 for Model Number Maytag Top Load Washer A183 My Maytag A183 top load washer is leaking water out of the top of the open clear plastic vented part of the injector hose kit. It seems to overflow and drip over when filling up. Does it need to be replaced or is this a balance issue?

You migth have to verify if this is compatible with your unit, beside the model number you will find the series run on your unit.
