1 Answer Larry, To replace the door latch assembly W10862259 there are no seals that you have to replace. You would remove the screws from around the perimeter of the inner door and lift the inner door. There will be a screw holding the latch assembly in place that you would remove and then pull the latch assembly out. Make sure that power is off to the unit when doing this. His wife wash dishes a couple of nights ago and when it finished she went to unload and the latch handle is loose and it will not open. The part your finger apply to has no resistance at all, it just flops up and down. We tried to pull the unit out and realized that you have to open the door to take the screws out. Any ideas?
