John for Model Number maytag gas dryer PYG2300AWW

My dryer has been running really rough lately. Today I tried to starting it and I got smoke coming out when I hold the start button in. I'm pretty sure its the motor and the overload is taking it out when I let up on the start button. When I looked up the part number it didn't match up with mine. My motor part no. is 53-3687 model S58NXMMY-6912. If I do replace the motor is there any other parts I should consider replacing while I got it apart?
