The clamp is not appear to be a screw tightened clamp. It looks like it needs to be crimped somehow?

1 Answer Paul, You will want to check the circulation pump to make sure that there is nothing caught in the pump and make sure that there is 120 vac getting to the pump. Also make sure that the unit is filling with water.
