Peter August 16, 2017 for Model Number kitchen aid KDTE104DSS0 My dishwasher is not squirting the water after the fill of water. The serviceman said it was the circulation pump. I thought it might be the fill valve valve assembly. If I would fix this myself , what else would I need to buy to fix the Circulation Pump?
Joshua July 20, 2017 for Model Number wdt790sayw3 Dear Tech I have a whirpool dishwasher that just seems not to be cleaning the dishes properly and sometimes the soap is sitting at the bottom of the washer. It seems that it runs through all the functions when you start but its just not cleaning? Is this caused by the divertier motor? or something else. thank you josh
1 Answer Hello Joshua. You will need to check for a water fill issue. Either a stuck float or bad water valve will cause this issue. Also make sure your using hot water in the unit. Read More...

Dave K. June 16, 2017 for Model Number Part# W10537869 A diverter motor has two connectors going to it. One of them the connector itself is badly corroded. If I replace a diverter motor can I get a replacement connector to splice into the wiring?
1 Answer Dave, The connector would be part of the main wiring harness of the unit and would have to get the harness to get a new connector. Read More...
Mark May 21, 2017 for Model Number Kenmore Dishwasher 665.12773k310 The dishwasher is leaking water around the diverter motor. There is a screw laying underneath that I think backed out of the diverter. If its a diverter screw, can I just tighten it up or do I need to buy a new diverter motor?? The bigger issue is the sump grommet that the diverter shaft goes into- what is the correct grommet Part Number?? Any other recommendations? THANK YOU!!!
1 Answer Hello Mark. It sounds like the diverter grommet WPW10195677 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. Read More...
Darin21 March 05, 2017 for Model Number WDT910SSYM2 Replaced divertor motor and the dishwasher worked for 1 year prior to leaking again. Replaced divertor motor again due to leaking and now the washer will not wash. I hear the divertor motor clicking but seems like it is not in the correct position? Cycle stops after about 5 minutes and very little water inside the unit. Unit is 4 years old. Is this a housing issue or the divertor motor or both? Please help!
