Thi Nguyen August 05, 2018 for Model Number GBD307PRS01 My control panels not display when push button still hear the beep what shoud i do?
1 Answer Hello Thi, you can test for voltage at the board pin 16-5 and 16-7; you should have 120vac coming in to the transformer. Then you can test pin 16-2 and 16-3 for 18-20 vac coming out the transformer. If both test good, then you will need to replace the main board part number 8303883, if you don't have the voltage out you'll want to replace the transformer WP9760587. Hope this helps! Read More...
David B July 10, 2018 for Model Number GBD307PRS01 The problem I have is that top oven is not coming up to temperature. I had the upper oven set to highest temperature (500F making pizza), the highest temperature obtained in hour was between 350 to 400F. Lower oven is about 50 F below the setting (at 425F). It looks like I need a control board?
1 Answer David, It would be recommended to check the oven temp sensors which should read 1090 ohms at room temp and if you check at 350 should be 1654 ohms. If this checks ok then the control board would be the issue. Read More...
Cindy L June 04, 2018 for Model Number RBD245PRB00 The display quit working. Before it went out the code PF1 was on the display now its blank. Whirlpool Accubake 24" Double Wall Oven, Model # RBD245PRB00 Serial # XW0306879. I need to know what parts I need to buy, but I need them by 6/13. Can you help me out?
1 Answer Cindy, With the F1 error occurring this issue will most likely be caused by a faulty control board which is part number WPW10438750 which is currently on backorder with an ETA of 6/10/2018 but is subject to change. Read More...
Frank B. March 23, 2018 for Model Number GBD307PRB01 In the top oven, the top element stays bright red, and the bottom element does not work at all. In the bottom oven, it is the complete opposite. The top element does not work, and the bottom element stays bright red. Since there is more than one element failing, I am suspecting the elements are still good, and I have some kind of control board or wiring issue. However, there are three parts of this unit labeled control board, so I am not sure what is the likely culprit. Any ideas on what part would likely be bad based on the described symptoms?
Melanie February 09, 2018 for Model Number RBD305PRS00 Is the latch control board what would tell the oven if its open or closed? I have replaced the main control board and everything is working but the display says DOOR when I turn it on and when I try to turn the oven light off. It's like it thinks its open but its definitely not.
1 Answer Melanie, You will want to check the door switches to make sure that they are good but the latch board would only be for the door lock assembly and would have nothing to do with the lights. Also check the wiring to make sure that there is no damaged wires. Read More...
Jon S. January 12, 2018 for Model Number GBD307PRS01 I noticed the other day the display on my oven was faint, however eventually it brightened and was back to normal. Yesterday while using the oven, the display went black and nothing was shown. All the buttons still seemed to work (made beeps, light worked ect.) and the oven itself seemed to work fine. Shortly after I turned it off, the display worked properly. From what I've been reading not sure if I need a transformer or a electronic control panel. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Jon S. model #GBD307PRS01 black
1 Answer Jon, This issue will most likely be caused by a transformer that is failing and will be part number WP9760587. To test the tranformer you test by checking for 120 vac at the p16 connector between pins 5 and 7 for 120 vac and if there is power there then test from the p16 pins 2 to 3 for 12 to 24 vac. If there is no power at this point then transformer is bad. If there is power at this point then the control board is faulty. If there is no power at pins 5 to 7 then the control board is faulty. Dnrto December 03, 2017 for Model Number GBD307PRY01 The display has progressively grown faint, occasionally but rarely coming back on before fading again, and now does not work at all. Now, just recently, the oven does not turn on at all. The touch pad is responsive (the oven lights work) and I get a standard "beep" when any button is touched. However, when I hit the start button I get five beeps with no further action. The second beep is longer than the others, like __ _______ __ __ __. Please advise what course of action is recommended and what parts I should order. I've been looking at AP6021413 (Electronic Control Board) and AP6012630 (also Electronic Control Board) but don't understand the difference between the two. Thanks very much for your help.

Timothy M. December 02, 2017 for Model Number RBD305PRS00 My double wall oven, model RBD305PRS00 continues to stop working and throws a power failure code when it turns back on. Can I simply replace the Electronic Board or do I need to replace the entire Electronic Board Panel?
1 Answer Hello Timothy, The control board is WPW10438750 and the Membrane switch is WP8304275. You only need to order the one you want. Both can be ordered if desired but you do not need to order both unless needed since they are sold individually. Read More...
Jude July 08, 2017 for Model Number GBD307PDB7 I have already replaced the control 8 months earlier. Now the display is blank, oven turns itself off after a minute or two. And it has E6-F2 code on display for a short time but now nothing on display again.
1 Answer Jude, With the control board having been replaced then this issue will most likely be caused by a faulty membrane switch WP8300440. Read More...
Rhonda May 16, 2017 for Model Number RBD245PRB00 Display is blank, oven turns itself off after a minute or two. Finally it had E6-F2 code on display for a short time but now nothing on display again. From what I have been reading, it sounds like I probably need to replace control board. Thanks
1 Answer Hello Rhonda, Check the connection for the keypad WP8304272 first. If this is good, the manufacturer recommends replacing the keypad first. If this does not correct the issue, then replace the control WPW10438750. Read More...
