Tom, I would check for power to the wash motor during the wash part of the cycle. You should have 120vac at the P5-1 to the P5-2.

Hello Vince, You should use an ac test meter to check for 120Vac to the motor on the two light blue wires. If there is 120Vac testing from one wire to the other while the unit should be running, the issue will be the motor W11612326. If not, the control board W10906422 would be the issue.

Steve for Model Number Kenmore 66513803N710 dishwasher

Neither arm moves. Fills with water but I do not hear the "washing: sound. During my troubleshooting I put both arms in the same position and turned the unit on, wait a minute or two and checked. Arms did not move. I then bypassed the door lock and watched, Nothing! We had have a few electrical storms lately, so how do I figure out if it is the pump or the "timer" of the machine that is bad or could it be something else? Thank you, the machine is three years old.

Hello Steve, using a multimeter check for 120v to the circulation motor after the tub fills with water, should have 120v from the control board.

Jon, the pricing of a part is influenced by the manufacturer. As such, it is usually easiest to replace the entire pump and motor assembly W11025157 as it includes new gaskets that would need to be purchased separately if just replacing the motor W11612326 by itself.

Joe, this error is going to indicate a lid lock failure. This can be tested by verifying if the control sends 120VAC to the lock using connection J7 pin 2. If 120VAC is sent as the unit attempts to go into agitate or spin and fails to lock, the lock solenoid has weakened. The lid lock WH44X10288 would then need to be replaced.
