James October 10, 2024 for Model Number MGDE300VW0 Reconverting Maytag dryer from LP back to Natural. I unscrewed the LP Stem and found the nylon adjuster still installed. So the LP Stem wasn't doing anything. I think the person that converted previously to LP should have removed the nylon screw that pushed the spring against diaphragm. So with this Nylon adjuster in place the little stem does nothing to the regulator. It appears to be a mistake by previous installer. So my question is how to set the nylon screw that pushes spring that pushes diaphragm to regulate gas flow.
