Hello Jennifer, the code refers to the water level sensor not to able to correctly read the tub's water level. The water level pressure switch is located under the top in the upper right side panel area, the airline hose from it goes to a fitting on the lower side of the outer tub. Check for any type of blockage/suds/residue .

Jose, If the unit will not spin in the normal and heavy load but will with the low load then this would most likely be a motor control board or main control board issue.

Hello Dick, This is most likely an issue with the pressure switch WPW10448876 or the main control board W11032117. You can pull the tech sheet from the unit to see if you can pull fault codes and run tests.
