Hello Chery, W10324647 is the correct tub seal for the model provided. We should once again apologize for our compatibility tool. You see, the tool is designed to recognize the part numbers on the manufacturers' original parts list for the model number that has been provided. When the part number changes, even if the manufacturer changes the part number, the tool does not recognize the new part number as compatible and advises that it is not compatible. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Pat, First check the drive belt and pulleys make sure the belt isn't highly "glazed" or polished or saturated with oil. This can cause a high pitched noise when the machine is trying to ramp up to speed in the spin cycle. If all's OK then consider the W11132267 gear case, that's where the bearings are located, and will be replaced as a complete unit.

Hello Kristen. Sorry we do not have a video at this time. We are working daily at adding new videos to our site. You will want to check all hoses and the water valve on the unit. Also, check the pump and the tub seal as well.
