Charles E August 22, 2011 for Model Number 106.54682300 I don't have 110 volts getting to my ice maker. I changed out the 2 modules and that didn't help. I took the ice maker out and hooked it up to 110 v and it runs fine. The red light on right module flashes twice as long as door is open. Goes solid when flap is pushed down on left side.

Josh August 16, 2011 for Model Number 10660832100 I have a Kenmore Top Freezer frige that will not stay cold. When I open the main door and hit the bottom side of the cowling that covers the temperature know the compressor will kick on and the fridge will cool. What do I need to fix this issue? Thanks.
1 Answer Josh, How long does it take to malfunction ? The ADC board WP2304099 is the more likely issue, especially if the refrigerator runs and cools for several days, If it only cools for a few hours, then you want to consider the thermostat WP2204605 Good Luck and Thanks Read More...
Lou July 26, 2011 for Model Number KSBS25INBL00 Hi, my ice maker is not making ice. I checked the water inlet valve, and when I apply power, it seems to be working fine. But the water does not enter into the ice tray. What controls the water coming into the ice tray? Could it possibly be the thermostat located in the ice maker?

James June 08, 2011 for Model Number 106.55602400 Refrigerator is not staying cool. Evaporator was found frozen up.
1 Answer Hello James. You will need to test the defrost heater WP2323198 and thermostat WPW10225581 to see if they are good. They should read closed for continuity when cold. If they are good, you will need to replace the control board 8201659. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
