For Whirlpool Pantry Drawer Door Cover (Part Number: OEM17957457)

Rick, You'll need to remove the drawer from the rails ( Open drawer to fully open position. Remove upper basket. Remove screws one in each rail marked on side of rail. Lift front of drawer up and out to remove drawer) Then remove the drawer slides W11658402 (Remove screws inside plastic rail retainer. Remove rails from retainer by depressing plastic tabs on back side of retainer. Slide rails off of retainer.) Then you can check the black plastic rail closer and springs for damage and operation. You also want to check and make sure the rack and pinion gears are installed properly and aligned and synchronized. (Remove drawer assembly. Extend drawer rails to full open position, remove rails from retainer by depressing plastic tabs on back side of retainer. Slide rails, rack and pinion gear off of retainer. Reverse procedure to reassemble. Note: When reinstalling rails, rack and pinion gear after latching rails in place, slide rails, rack and pinion to the fully closed position and then pull out to synchronize the rack and pinion gears.

Daniel, The pantry drawer lid comes as an assembly and cannot be gotten separate. The parts are molded together.

James, you'll need to check the slots on the pantry lid that the pins go into to see if they are broken. If they are damaged replace the lid, part number W10827015. If they are ok replace the end caps, part numbers W10874836 and W10874836. Thanks!
