My dryer is also not drying the cloths properly. I have cleaned the vent. Although according to your diagnostics, it could be the heater, but I also thought that around the drum could be some lent which prevents from air ventilation. How can I access the inside and around the drum. Some of the older dryers could be opened from the top by pushing the top clamps. Is this one also opens from top. Do you think that inside and around the drum needs to be cleaned also? Thank indeed for answering our questions.
