The error code indicated a stuck button and I used You Tube videos to research the issue and to review the fix. After the videos showed several options including a self test to eliminate options to do a final resolution of the issue identifying not just a stuck button but a faulty control board. The board was ordered and replaced using only a Philips screw driver and less than an hour of time.
