Needed new gaskets, air coming in. Shelly W. • Grover Beach , CA • September 25, 2020
Ordered new gasket seals and had someone install them,
Installed one prior myself and it was very difficult to heat and stretch and wrap doors.
Ended up gouging my cabinet when stretching the seal .
Leave for professionals and even they struggled.
Tight now and working great.

12 y o rental unit ge side by side was missing parts and dispenser was non functional Scott M. • Asheville , NC • October 04, 2015
First I ordered a new ice door seal, spring, and crank, figuring the condensation in freezer and door was caused by ice door not sealing. Turns out the solenoid for the ice door was completely rusted and was the primary cause, if it had been replaced early, it would have saved the dispenser board. What then happened was the moisture in the freezer door damaged the control board rendering dispenser controls inoperative as well as the heater around the dispenser. Now the freezer door is dripping...

Old seals were dry rotting and cracking Nick W. • Winston Salem , NC • February 10, 2026
Pulled out old parts, and swapped with new. New seals needed to be warmed up with a hair dryer to get wrinkles out from shipping, but that was simple as well. With my fridge, there was also a secondary piece on the door which needed to be removed with a screw. Took some extra time to give all those surfaces on the fridge a much needed cleaning while the seals were off. New seals fit perfectly and the replacement was simple- video provided on the website was also helpful.

Condensation was forming along the top interior of refrigerator Susan H. • Springfield , NJ • September 10, 2014
I called Appliance Parts Pros and gave them the model number of my refrigerator. They promptly advised me exactly what part I needed, told me the price and cost of shipping. I agreed and received my part within 2 days.
I watched the video that told me exactly how to complete repair. It was very simple. The only thing different was that there was a metal strip holding the gasket in place. Removing it was no problem. When I installed it I had to loosen the screws? nuts? slip the gasket...
