Washer Line Hook Line Mover Switch Parts

First I took off the spring loaded wire ring holding down the seal to the door with needle nose pliers. Pulled back the seal. Removed the 3 screws holding the part on the front of the washing machine. Slid the piece out. Took the protector guard off the off piece and unplug the wires. Put the wires into new part. I thought initially it was a hose because it was leaking water from the bottom. On the small and medium load it didn't leak. I watched it on the large setting and noticed the water didn't shut off initially so therefore it was over filling. I ordered a switch pressure switch from Appliance Parts Pros and received it in two days. I replaced the switch, put the washer together and now it works like new. I was searching the web for solutions and came across two folks who had similar trouble code. One fixed his by removing the pump strainer from the pump to find coins blocking water flow, thus the analog water pressure sensor provided a failure response. My issue was solved by following the other hints I got. I ordered a new sensor (switch). It was expensive for what it is, but the washer will not run correctly without it! Removed fill level pressure switch knob. Removed three screws from the back of the control panel.Opened the control panel and removed electrical connector and plastic tube from the pressure switch. Removed and replaced pressure switch. Placed control panel to correct position and replaced the three screws. Read more
