Replaced 4 of the suspension springs with new brackets. I looked up my washer, looked at the diagrams, watched your video which made things a lot easier! Took the washer apart, found the problem, ordered the parts from you and the washer was put back together and working within 3 days! Love your website! I installed all the necessary parts that I received from you and it works great, now. I received the parts in good time without overnighting them. I had the whole washing machine apart and went through it all before ordering parts. Tear down and assembly was easy. I just took my time. The washer is 17 years old and was well built. We replaced the lid hinges with new bushings as this is a very old machine and they were worn out affecting the position of the hinges and thereby affecting the lid switch. Also replaced the lid switch, which was a breeze with the help of the video. Thanks to the Covid 19, I was bored and fixed the problem because I had to stay home and do stuff that I was putting off. I have 4 large Macaw parrots and I use high-quality hotel sheets on my vinyl flooring to catch all the poop and food waste each day, so the washing never stops! The new-tech washers and dryers are basically junk, even the highly acclaimed Speed Queen commercial units.
