Replaced the Thermistor Assembly and also picked up Overload Protection circuit per the comments posted by the "experts" on the web site. Both parts cheap enough. I ordered parts at 3:30 in the afternoon and they showed up the next morning from half way across the country. Outstanding service. It also fixed the 9 year old refrigerator. Replacing the parts took about a half hour most of which was moving the unit from the wall and removing the panel to get at the parts. Read more

I found the condensing fan motor would not turn with power applied. I also found a drain tube cracked and breaking. I had to use a snub nose screwdriver to remove and replace condensing fan motor. I was unable to find the snack drawer guide which was mounted under the middle of the large shelf for my LG refrigerator. In the parts description for my model the snack drawer was mounted under a small shelf. By ordering a right hand drawer guide with a right hand shelf bracket, I was able to move the left shelf bracket and guide from the large shelf to the small shelf. Kenmore LG Refrigerator. Freezer froze up and frig quit working, Watch 3 different video on LG evap problems. Videos helped with disassembly. Once apart, fan would not come off old motor. Broke on removing. Had to order blade too. Advice, cut shaft off motor and lay fan flat and push shaft out.
