The moving men broke the outer door glass on our stove John C. • Philadelphia , PA • August 28, 2014
Very carefully. The official Frigidaire repairman's quote was $250, despite my already removing the door. I complained to the companies customer service answering machine that this is about 40% of the cost of a new stove. The quote was unreasonably high since it appeared that a trained monkey could replace the glass in about 15 minutes. It took this trained monkey about 30 minutes to replace the glass. Because the door glass is held in place by fairly stiff springs, I had to figure out the...

This ignitor orifice assembly sits under the cooktop and both routes gas to a surface burner and provides the spark to light it. Replace a damaged or clogged assembly to restore fast, reliable ignition at that burner.
- Feeds gas from the valve to the burner and houses the spark igniter electrode for ignition
- Common fix for a surface burner that won't light, has no or weak spark, or only lights with a match
- Also called an igniter/orifice holder assembly
What's included: One ignitor/orifice assembly. Install notes:
- Disconnect power and shut off the gas supply before servicing.
- Raise or lift the cooktop per your model's service information; support it to avoid strain on gas lines.
- Note wire routing; set the electrode gap to the burner head per service specs and keep the lead away from heat/sharp edges.
- After reassembly, check all gas connections with an approved leak-detection solution and verify proper spark and flame.
Fitment note: Many models use different assemblies for each burner position/BTU. Confirm the correct burner location for your model before ordering.

The back left burner didn't light and didn't click when turned the knob Oceanna C. • Watsonville , CA • April 07, 2016
My husband and myself didn't agree on which part was the exact problem. He felt it was the valve. I felt it was the ignitor/ orifice. And we both agreed the Harness-Ignitor needed to be replaced. So we ordered all 3, and I'm not sure if in fact all three were needed or not, but now with those parts replaced, the range is working like brand new!! Thanks to all the videos and diagrams on the website we were able to fix it ourselves easily. And the price was cheaper then other websites, also it...

Needed to replace bottom panel in Fridgedaire electric oven Sharon T. • Monroe Township , NJ • July 31, 2018
Went on site, read the reviews to see how difficult it would be or if any problems. Then ordered it And received it the next day!!!
The 2 screws were a bit hard to remove. Found the right screwdriver by using the 2 new screws I ordered.
Once I got them out, lifted the old panel out. Pushed down on one corner so could get a grip on opposite corner to lift out.
Once out, put in new one. Put in new screws and good to go!
Will certainly NOT line with foil ever again!!!
