Initially I noticed the crusher drum was cracked and broken so I replaced the drum the retaining nut on the end of the auger and the circlip and washer. it worked fine for a time and then the drum began free wheeling. upon further inspection I discovered the retain nubs on the auger had worn down allowing the blade to slip down the auger body. so I replaced the auger, drum, drive blade, and drive cam. Removed the water and ice dispenser from the freezer door and replaced the part Some screws were rusted and were hard to remove The ice dispenser was surprisingly dirty so the entire unit had to be cleaned.
