FIrst, I removed the cardboard cover on the back, exposing the compressor compartment. I noticed the fan was not moving. I touched the blade and it immediately started spinning, but not very fast. It was really easy. I found the part number using an online search, ordered the shelf and just inserted the ends into the holes in the freezer walls. Fortunately, I read on a question and answer forum that four end caps were also required. This detail was not listed in the shelf description so knowing this, I was able to order the caps along with the shelf and avoid having to place a second order once I got the shelf and discovered that I needed the end caps.
