They suggested it might be the door lock switch told how to test switches one was bad so I went to your web site and ordered a new switch. Received in two days installed it and it is working great cost only 15.00 with shipping .Was so happy to fix it with very little cost .I am a 70 year old woman and love a challenge plus I don't have a lot of extra cash .

I replaced the stirrer fan cover and fan, which had some carbon and slight burn marks on it. It was difficult to remove the fan cover as it did not rotate. I had to pry it off with a flat blade screwdriver, breaking the plastic tabs on the cover (which was being discarded anyway).
