I ordered a new arm kit from AP Pro. I watched the video..easy repair. The arm spin jets were plugged just like the video said. The old washer was also worn. The new arm (genuine GE) had redesigned spin jets, they added two more. I ordered on a weekend, the order was filled on Monday and it was at my door at noon on Tuesday! Dishwasher overflowing or leaking from the door? A faulty float can cause overfill issues. This float controls water level and prevents flooding.
Thanks to appliancepartspros.com the dishwasher was able to be repaired quickly and under budget. I removed the motor pump assembly and replaced it. I was also able to change out the faulty flood switch and replace the seals to stop the leak. The appliance is once again good as new and ready to run a new load of dishes. Read more

Dishwasher had begun going through the cycles with not enough water in the chamber. Suspect was the water inlet valve. Checked the AppliancePartsPros video for this repair and ordered the valve from them. Rinse aid was not dispensing properly. so replacing the dispenser fixed the problem. Very easy to do with the replacement part, although the repair video was not exactly accurate; it was actually easier. Remove the screws holding the door liner and lift it off, and the part is right in front of you. 6 screws off, remember what color wire goes where, reassemble, and you're done. Problem gone.
