For 5k burner.
We bought a stove off Craigslist and didn't realize it was LP Gas until we got it home and my husband was hooking it up and the burners wouldn't light all the way around. My husband has been out of the gas company for over 10 years now and was a little rusty on what was happening. I jumped online and when I read that the possibility was because LP Gas, my husband said..."thats it." So we jumped online... on a Sunday and actually got a real person to chat with at AppliancePartsPros who told... Read more

Replaced The conduit Carrier Mid, Conduit Spray Arm Mid and the Middle Spray Arm Assembly. All in less than 1/2 hour. Although, I think the main problem was the Conduit Carrier Mid which was distorted. By the way, I was surprised that I received my parts the very next day after I ordered them. Read more

This was not an obvious source of a leak. The Tower Heater Assembly Nut developed a crack over time due to heat exposure. So the leak was gradual slowly getting worse over time. It was a hairline crack that ran down one of the edges of the nut making it hard to see. In talking to a pro he said it isn't a common problem. It is all the way in the back of the bottom of the dishwasher so it is not something you can see without pulling the dishwasher out and running it. The repair itself is easy. I... Read more

I thought this would be a simple remove and replace, boy was I wrong. This repair became more complicated then it should have been. The screws holding the skirt were frozen and broke when trying to remove. Had to end up cutting the skirt using a dremel and a cutting blade. Was able to remove one of the screws using a pinning plier. The other one I had to bore it out using a drill bit. Once that was done the rest was a breeze, discarded bad seal, clean the surface, install the new seal and... Read more
AUsing the model number of the dishwasher, I located the part onling. After ordering the unicouple assembly from Appliance Parts Pros, which arrived very promptly at my home, I began to take the back and top off the dishwasher. There are two screws at the front top of the diswasher which hold on the top. It can then be slid off. I believe there were four screws on the back which allowed me to remove the back and sides. I tipped the dishwasher on its face so I could see the underside and... Read more
I replaced both the burner and the burner cap, which both seem to fit more squarely together. Replacement parts were genuine Electrolux/Frigidaire parts. Read more
Opened oven door to the fully opened position. Pulled up the the lock located on both hinge supports and engaged it in the hook of the hinge levers. You may need to apply a little downward pressure on the door to pull the locks fully over the hooks. In addition, you may need to use a flat head screwdriver to "help" engage the hinge locks over the hook. Hold the door securely on both sides (not the door handle). Pulled the bottom of the door up and toward me to disengage the hinge supports.... Read more
