We purchased both the roller studs and new rollers for all of the slots on the lower rack. They came two days later and I was able to easily click them into place and the lower rack now rolls smoothly and securely. Ordered a new flood switch and activation stem from Aplliance Parts Pros.com. Order was delivered in about 3 days. Installed new switch and stem in about 15 min. Removed front kicker panel with two screws, the switch was just inside the panel secured with two screws. remove the electrical connector, removed screws, replace the two new parts..put the screws back in place and ran the washer...no overflows. The video was very helpful. the hardest part is getting off old rusted parts. I had to use a hacksaw to remove one of the old clamps. The 4 screws that hold the vent cover in place also hold the assembly inside the door that has the heater motor and other items. The four screws go through the assembly inside the door, through the door and into 4 plastic legs on the vent cover. Two of the legs on the vent cover were broken and therefore the vent cover and the assembly inside the door were not being held tight against the door. The water was leaking in that area. Read more
