The problem was most likely the evaporator fan motor but it could have been a bad blade, loose parts or bad motor mounts. Hard to tell without taking everything apart and inspecting. Evaporator fan motor in our freezer was bad. Ordered new one with 2 day delivery and had it in 2 days. Thankfully it was very easy to get to from the front of the freezer. There are 3 different options for same motor with different wire harnesses. I bought the cheapest option and then snipped and reconnected the wires to the existing harness. That saved us $50. The hinge broke on the ice dispenser funnel and housing. I took them off and replace them, putting the old switches and bulb in the new housing. It took some time to put the return spring back because it does not appear in the assembly diagram. Once working, it secures to the door with 4 screws, and worked as it should. Fix a refrigerator that won't cool and clicks every few minutes. This start relay and overload assembly mounts on the compressor to restore reliable starting.
Pulled the relay off of the condenser motor (3 pin connection) and removed 2 wire feeds. Reversed the procedure for the install. Ordered the new relay and decided to replace the run capacitor as well just to be safe. I ordered a replacement auger from AppliancePartsPros.com. Upon receipt of the new auger, I watched the repair video and took the ice crusher apart. I found several other parts that needed to be replaced as well. Once All the parts were received, I again watched the video.
