I ordered the heater unit from your website as well as a new evaporator panel gasket and thermostat. By-the-way, I consider your website amongst the very best and easy to use. I appreciate how well your developers and designers created the diagrams/pictures with numbered parts displayed,... Compressor overload switch broke in my hand when I removed it but replacing it and the start relay did not fix the problem. I troubleshot the control board with the help of videos from Grace Appliance (https://www.youtube.com/c/GraceAppliance/videos) and found fans were not getting power. I ordered an aftermarket control board that offered free returns but it kept cycling off and on every minute. I think it might have been overloaded because the main resistor in the evaporator fan drive... Read more
Replaced motor and solenoid cube along with dispenser auger. Simply watched video on repair and installation and really had no problem. My refrigerator is so old that one of the holes in the motor did not align properly. Had to drill another hole to mount the motor to the housing, took ten minutes. The ice auger took the longest as I was afraid of breaking the plastic housing trying to get the tabs to release. Had to watch the video twice to make sure I got the blades back in the right order.... Read more

1) By using google to find videos on why the door wouldn't close, I found out I needed new cams, those same videos also showed how to remove and replace the door. 2) Then by googling the fridge model number and the word 'cam', I was able to find the parts. 3) Taking the door off was simple, I needed a phillips head screwdriver to remove the hinge cover, however the screws in the hinge plate were so tight, I needed a side handle socket wrench to loosen them. 4) The door itself is not hard to... This is in a 15 year old Built-in Monogram that had the compressor replaced a few years ago. Before discovering the motor failure I replaced the main board since a Refrigeration Contractor I know said that if it wasn't bad it would be soon since those parts typically only last around eight years. The motor replacement is pretty simple; more time is spent getting to the motor and re-assembling everything than actually changing the motor. The trickiest part is getting the fan set correctly on... Read more
