I ordered both hinges (if the nylon roller was bad on the left, it was probably going to go bad on the right side as well). The web site was easy to navigate, order process simple. You need to then pull up with some force (there is a big spring in there), and twist the hinge to get the last bit out. Move stove to unplug, remove rear center panel, indentify the two spade connectors that feed the heating element and remove (unplug) them. Remove two screws that hold the element to the inside rear wall of the stove and remove element. The fan was straightforward unscrew and disconnect wires then reinstall. The gaskets required the door to be disassembled contrary to the video that was provided when purchasing the gasket for the door.
