I suggest you have assistance when doing this. Putting on the new gasket was challenging but not impossible for a do it your selfer. I lifted up the door and removed it. Next, I laid out newspaper on the floor. I placed the door on the newspaper upside down. With my socket driver, I removed the bottom door trim. I then used a pocket knife to remove the remaining glass in the top groove. I then slid in the new glass and reinstalled the trim.
