Saw repair for similar micro oven, JVM1350AW002, on u-tube with same prob. Removed inside frame around glass with kitchen butter knife. Had to be very careful with knife to ensure didn't brake frame. Put handle on outside and fastened two screws onto handle. Replaced frame. Read more
I took off the door handle with a phillips screw driver then pryed off the inner and outer plastic frames of the door with a small putty knife being careful not to let the glass fall out. I then installed the glass into the new frame and reinstalled them onto the door. Very simple fix! Read more

I removed the two screws at the top of the microwave and cleared the slots the new grille vent would fit in. Once that was complete the new grille vent fit nicely in to place and I installed the screws back in the top and the job was done. Read more

The microwave vent cover at the top of the appliance in a rental was saturated with years of grease. Just touching it, grease dripped out. There are four screws that hold the handle in place, my handle was down to one. I had to pry off the inner door cover. I used butter knives, but a thin screwdriver should work as well. Start on the outside edge (away from the hinge) near, but not in, the upper or lower corner. Went to the GE website and found the diagram and operating manuals for my model of microwave . Located the necessary parts that needed to be replaced and then purchased them on AppliancePartsPros.com at a savings.
