Our dishwasher would not start. Rory D. • Fairfield , CA • May 18, 2020

Further, my decision to do my own repairs was made easier because the prices of the parts was so reasonable.
I took my time, reviewed the videos and replaced the...

This trash compactor is in our vacation home. We never use it and now we are selling the house. When I looked to replace it I was amazed at how expensive a new compactor would cost. I found the serial number on the current compact entered it and your web site came up. Your schematics were excellent and made the repair very easy!

The feed tube assembly routes wash water up the back wall of your dishwasher to the upper spray system, restoring balanced spray pressure and coverage on the upper rack when the original tube is cracked, warped, leaking, or obstructed. What it does:

- Visible cracks, broken tabs, or leaks at the rear wall indicate replacement is needed
What's included:
Install notes:
- Disconnect power and shut off the water supply before servicing
- Open the door and remove racks as needed; release screws/clips securing the rear feed tube and detach from the docking port
- Transfer any reusable seals or brackets; align and secure the new tube without overtightening plastic fasteners
- Run a short cycle to check for leaks and proper upper-spray operation

I bought the part from AppliancePartsPros.com. Removed water inlet hose. Removed water outlet hose. Removed water inlet valve which was held on with one screw. Replaced the water inlet value. Reattached both hoses. It leaked a little bit, so I had to put plumbing tape and really make it tight. Then the leaked stopped.
