I'm way too lazy to go to a store and look at a gigantic wall of light bulbs. So I poured a glass of wine, googled the make and model of my refrigerator followed by "lightbulb" and this bulb came up. I removed both basket guides, removed the ice cube maker then removed the back wall panel, all only taking around 10 min. This gave me access to the fan, removed 2 more screws, disconnected 3 wires, all with connectors, then went in reverse to install new fan. 1/4" nut driver and a pair of needle nose pliers is all you need. Initially purchased an evap fan motor, as it was listed as the most common failed component. Of course, once I pulled the cover out of the freezer, the fan motor was just fine, but the coils were a block of ice. So far, it looks like the thermostat was the source of the issue. For anyone experiencing the warm fridge, cold freezer, I recommend pulling the cover off and taking a look before ordering any parts. Removed all the food from the freezer and most from the fridge before starting. Tipped fridge back until I could place a 2 x 4 a couple of inches behind the front rollers. With the front of the fridge now approximately 3 to 4" off the ground you can remove the adjusting bolt and the roller assembly can be pulled out of the brackets. Slide out of the notches where that hold it into the bracket. Same to install. Read more

The plastic piece on the handle where the screw goes in to hold glass door up had broke. I ordered new handle, the retainer pieces that go over the plastic pieces to lock it all in and screws that were suggested. The screws were the wrong ones. They were way too small. I already had one screw and thankfully only had to buy 1 new one because the screw was $40 and shipping’s $10 for it AND it’s on back order right now. I determined it was the thermostat, found the model number and Appliance Pros had one they said would work. So, I ordered one and got it in 2 days. Opened the package, read the instructions and 10 minutes later my new food was going to be cool and my water would be ice. All it took was remove housing, unplug old part, plug in new part and replace housing. Read more
