Microwave turntable stopped spinning? This coupler connects the motor to the glass tray. Simple DIY fix—just pull out the old part and pop in the new one.
I removed the Shaft by just pulling up on it. I noticed the flat sided hole on the bottom of the Shaft was damaged and a small piece of it was missing. By using a mirror and a pair of tweezers, I was able to remove the small broken off piece of plastic from the hole in the middle of the bottom of the oven. The Shaft still would not turn the plate because of the damage. I ordered the new part and installed it, and everything now works fine. I decided to replace the Ring as well because the... Read more

I didnt swing hard just a love tap but thats all it took ha ha) The toughest part of the fix was removing the broken glass as it had shattered into hundreds...no thousands of pieces. Thankfully it was taped on the inside and that held some of it together. I placed the door in our garbage can and put on a pair of gloves with a scraper to... Read more

I ordered the parts from you on line and also found the video that you very nicely have attached to the site and I saved this under my favorites. The baffles arrived within 3 days and due to my age was unaware that dryers now come in two sizes and the ones I ordered were for the smaller but same model.
