I put a new bottom grill but I had to loosen up the socket bolt on the bottom corner so the grill can fit in. After that I had to tighten the socket bolt back up. There were three of them and only two were good and one of them was bad. There was two on the top and one on the bottom. Removed the freezer shelves and back panel, evaporator coils were frozen with ice. Defrosted coil and removed defrost heater connectors, measured no continuity in the heater and ordered a replacement. Also discovered the aluminum retention strap was broken and the heater had slipped down in it's position, ordered and replacement strap.
