Replaced tank assembly. Actually I think the supply hose was originally not fully seated in the tank and I think I could have re-seated it deeper through the gray bushing. When I set the line into the new tank, still leaking. Pulled out supply line and reset using a little more force and line went into the tank. According to LG site error code is Refrigerator Fan. I removed the current fan by taking out the shelves. Then removing the bottom left track that is held in by 2 screws and a tab. Then you remove the plenum in the back. To do so, remove 2 screws under that hold the middle rack support. You need to lift up the covers that cover the screws.
