Kenmore front load washer would not start no error code John A. • Woodinville , WA • January 24, 2017
The washing machine would allow you to program it, and all the lights on the control panel would light up, but pressing start did nothing. I tried putting the washer in diagnostic mode, but was unable to do so. The machine was not showing any fault code.
I originally thought it was a problem with the 'Start' button and I thought that I'd buy a replacement part from the original seller of the washer. I was told by the 'live help chat person' that the problem was likely in the washer user...

My washing machine smelt horrible Bryan W. • Ogdensburg , NY • August 20, 2018
First off I have to say that Appliance Parts Pro's saved me from hiring a repair person, and quite possibly just getting rid of my washing machine. Their video's helped out SOOOOOOOO much and the advice one of their agents gave me over their online chat helped me trouble shoot something when I got stuck. On top of this they shipped my parts fast enough that less than 12 hrs later they arrived, which allowed me to get my machine up and running way faster than the other options I had available....

Washing machine would not drain Chauncey H. • Menan , ID • October 05, 2014
Washing machine pump failed with the washing machine full of water. Replacing a pump used to be a bear of a job with belts, pulleys, etc. but I thought that I should give it a look before I called the repairman. This one turned out to be a small discrete unit bolted to the bottom of the washer. I ordered the new pump, which came very quickly to my door. It was a ten minute job to replace it. One thing that I did that made the job much less of a mess was to use a wet vacuum on the...

Nf error code Heath A. • Copenhagen , NY • May 05, 2017
After researching on line I was able to narrow down the problem to either the cold water of hot water fill valve. These valves are electronically controlled and can go bad thus causing the washing machine to not fill properly. Nf stands for "no fill". I replaced the cold water valve first which was held by two screws and a couple of wires. It literally took me 5 minutes to replace the part. As soon as I started the wash cycle I could tell I had fixed the problem because the humming noise that...

One of my springs was corroded i decided to replace both for even suspension Eberhard K. • Huntington Beach , CA • October 18, 2016
I had to do this by myself and I knew the drum assembly is very heavy. I had watched a video online where they used a strap to hold up the drum. However, my drum had nothing to hook to. So, since I had the front and back off, I slid a 2x4 under the drum from front to back, supported the front of the 2x4, and then lifted the drum with a hydraulic floor jack from the back. After raising the drum the appropriate height, exchanging the springs was very easy.....
