Watched a you tube video showing how to take machine apart. It came apart just like it was supposed to, and went back together pretty easily, too.

- Keeps internal parts aligned for proper water spray/airflow where applicable
- Simple hardware replacement to restore secure mounting after a stripped or missing screw
What's included: One replacement screw as shown Install notes:
- Turn off power to the appliance before beginning work
- Match this screw to the original part number and length before installation
- Use the correct screwdriver or driver bit to avoid stripping the head
- If threads are damaged or mounting hole is stripped, repair or use the appropriate insert per OEM guidance

Front washer baffle had screws rusted off in it Monica B. • Oakes , ND • April 16, 2017
Ordered new baffle and the proper screws with help from appliance parts pros. Took washer apart. Removed soap dispenser cover, washer door, front, lifted top lid, removed seal to be able to access area to get screws in and tightened with a wrench. This part wasn't the easiest as there wasn't much room for my hand(s) to fit in, but just took my time and got it done.

Did not know if these were the right parts. I believe i talked to someone named Robin and she was very helpful and friendly. Said she wasn't sure these were the parts since they were not listed on my model number but said if they didn't work i could send them back. been to many parts stores and nobody could find these two items or even suggest them. Very good employee who helped me. Was really surprised how fast my order got here. Excellent service. I've bookmarked your site and will be doing...

Inner door panel deteriorated and needed replacement Jeff W. • Maplewood , MN • February 04, 2017
Ordered the part from AppliancePartsPros.com, it arrived in an undamaged box but when I opened it and took the inner panel out it was cracked and small piece was broken off. There was no packaging in the box, just the plastic panel loose in the box. I called and they replaced the part next day shipping at no additional cost to me - Thank You AppliancePartsPros.com, great customer service!
The repair itself was extremely easy. removed the door from the washing machine, then removed the...

Washer would not spin out clothes at final cycle Melissa D. • Sullivan , IN • March 15, 2016
Once we found the hidden 'Troubleshooting Guide' in the control panel, we were able to run a diagnostic check on it. A voltmeter was VERY helpful, and after running through the steps, found that the "inertial unbalance switch" was bad. It was easy to get to by removing the door, front panel, and then lifting the top off...it is attached to the top of the tub. One screw needed removed from the switch, and then I slid the old one off and the new on!
*I must say, it took longer to figure out...

Leaking from tub assembly and intermittent motor operation James F. • North Pole , AK • October 20, 2015
Basically rebuilt the washer from the ground up. Spent more money than a new washer but we have been so happy with the way this machine has worked over the last 19 years figured it would be money well spent.

No delay for bleach and softener dispensers Vergel C. • San Antonio , TX • October 11, 2014
Opened the washer (details later) and noted the controls and water path. Ordered dispenser bottom and cover and dispenser valve assembly and rubber washers. When the parts arrived I removed the top portion of the detergent dispenser assembly; removed the door and 2 screws from opposite door wall; snap open the front cover and lifted it off; removed 1 metal screw each from the bottom front corners of the top cover; lifted the top cover and used a piece of wood to hold it up; pull...
