The job should have been very easy after watching a youtube video but the panel was stuck on the bottom and it took a call to the AppliancePros customers service line to figure out I needed some extra effort to pry it loose. Out of the blue, my dishwasher would not start. I checked power to the machine and I had power, so I then removed the inside backplate and started to investigate. I found a door latch assembly handle that was cracked off and thought that might be my problem, and the handle had to be replaced be replaced anyway to be functional, so I did that. Ordered control panel from Appliance Parts Pros and received within two days. It actually took me longer to find a torx bit to fit the screws in the dishwasher door than it actually took me to remove the screws and replace the control panel. Seal not included
I have a 6yr old Maytag dishwasher (Legacy Series, QuietSeries 300), which is used, maybe, 2x a month. The touchpad started to fail intermittently.
