Replacement tub to pump hose for washers. Transports water from the wash tub to the drain pump. Replace if cracked, split, leaking, or damaged from wear.
First and foremost, much thanks to APP for perfect transaction, and incredible price! The part was shipped quickly, and arrived fast. Immediate Availability of the part was outstanding, and truly saved this Canadian's day! See, in Canada, LG has their own unfair practice of NOT ALLOWING a Canadian citizen to purchase ANY functional parts for any of their appliances or products... furthermore, in order to get the part for any issue, you must pay directly for an LG direct service tech to come at... Dryer not heating or overheating? The high limit thermostat shuts off heat at unsafe temperatures. Moderate difficulty repair requiring partial disassembly.
Checked and cleaned vent which was in need of cleaning, but not too bad (I do not consider this a primary causal detail, but can be a problem, so clean yours). Replaced Hi-Limit Thermostat (safety thermostat) after confirming the circuit was open with ohm meter. While I was in there, I completely cleaned the heater and ducting and internal workings of the dryer. Confirmed the heater coils were good via 20ohm, 20ohm, 40ohm readings (LG service manual has wrong readings). Two weeks later, same... Read more
Connects detergent dispenser to washer tub. Replace if cracked, leaking, or clogged with detergent buildup. Verify fit with your model number.
****** always make sure the unit is fully unplugged from the power before you do anything with the outside of the unit to work inside of the unit and while you are working inside the unit... Also make sure that you turn the hot and cold water intake valves off and make sure you don't pull too much on the two water intake hoses that lead to your washer because they can leak with too much pressure exerted on either end******* 1. Took top off unit by unscrewing mounting brackets at two similar... Read more

I took it apart and found the drain pump motor had come apart. I found appliancepartspros.com and read the reviews for this company. Customers were very satisfied with the parts and service. I ordered the parts (at a savings of over 30% from my local appliance store) and had them in 2 days (YES TWO DAYS). Totally excellent service. Put the washer back together and it works like new. Replace your dryer drum seal when clothes take longer to dry or you notice lint buildup. Maintains heat efficiency and prevents air leaks. Confirm fit with your model number.
From reading "troubleshooting" sites on the internet, originally thought I'd be replacing the front & rear drum rollers, so I ordered the rollers, and a new belt before I opened up the dryer, taking it out of use. When I opened it up the front rollers were "shot", and the front bulkhead was "totaled". Waited for parts to arrive (within 2 days), and successfully replaced front & rear rollers, bulkhead, drum seal. The on-line videos really helped me ensure I was keeping in the right order. My... Dryer won't heat or takes too long to dry? A faulty igniter often causes no heat in gas dryers. Moderate DIY repair with front panel removal required.
I first ordered a thermostat and ignitor and replaced and that did not work. I asked Appliance Parts Pros their opinion in the chat and they said it was the coils in the gas valve but you had to replace the entire valve as the coils are not sold individually. So i ordered the part and also replaced the thermistor and drum belt while i had the dryer apart anyway! And this fixed the problem! These guys are the absolute best and most helpful i have ever dealt with. This is the second time i... Read more
Secures the outer door gasket to prevent water leaks during wash cycles. Replace if rusted, corroded, or the seal isn't holding tight. Confirm fit with model.
The repair was fairly straight foward as shown in the video. However, driving the shaft from the bearings took some doing. It required replacing the use of the board with a spare bolt and a 2lb hand sledge. (having an air hammer as reserve, also not a bad idea) I rated this reair as a "1" however I've been an auto mechanic for 40 years. If you do not have good general mechanical ablities you may find this more challenging as you get it further apart. I suggest anyone making this repair should... Read more
Dryer not heating or overheating and shutting off? This thermostat assembly regulates temperature to prevent damage. Easy DIY repair in about 1 hour.
After I cleaned out the typical 1.5 pounds of lint from the vent, ( I do it every 2 months), I went searching for a solution. I found 6 possible causes on this site and purchased everything except a new burner; I wasn't going to go that far. Let the fun begin. Since my vacuum was still nearby, I thought I was ready for anything. Wrong. After I watched all the videos again for reassurance, I went in with screwdriver in hand and laptop nearby. I removed the top and looked inside. Don't be fooled,... Read more

Cover that secures the lint filter housing in place. Replacement needed when original is cracked, broken, or split from normal wear or impact damage.
The dryer is 10 years old. I replaced all 4 roller wheels. While I had it apart I also replaced the drive belt and the idler pulley assembly. Once I had it apart I did find 2 wheels that were very worn, (1 front, 1 back) which is what I believe the problem was as they were also very hard to spin. Dryer works like new now. The repair video was VERY helpful. Read more

Washer not filling or overfilling? This water level pressure switch monitors water levels and signals when to stop filling. Easy 10-minute DIY repair.
The LG Model LG Washer model WM2487HRMA ISSUE: Washing Machine was filling very slowly. Overnight it would fill about 1 or 2 gallons. I would clear the tub by pushing a) Power b) set spin to None c) push Start. That would empty the tub. REPAIR SOLUTION: That did not solve the problem. Second, I replaced both the single (1) Water inlet valve assembly Part Number:5220FR2006H and also the Water Level pressure switch Part Number:6601ER1006E That solved the problem. Washer showing OE error code or not filling properly? This circulation pump motor powers water flow during wash cycles. Moderate DIY repair in 2-3 hours.
First off I want to say Appliance Part Pros rock! I have used them for purchasing repair items for other appliances in the past, so when my washer started making weird noises this was my go to source. I thought my problem was likely pump motor related as the water wasn't draining and I could hear the sound of the pump trying to work. After reviewing what others who had similar situations found to be the problem I took a gamble and decided to get the drain pump. Some who had that problem... Read more

Central hub that connects the inner tub to the drive shaft in washers. Replace if corroded, cracked, or arms have broken off causing wobble or imbalance.
Looked online at several websites to see if I could figure out the problem Came across AppliancePartsPros video on replacing bearings. Watched it a couple of times and determined (well, guessed) it was the bearings and/or spider. Followed the video (great job by the way) and disassembled the washer. The spider was cracked on one arm so ordered a new one from this site. I also ordered two new bearings and the bearing seal b/c learned from the web and local appliance store that they go bad in 7+... Read more
