Replacing the Door Gasket is very easy and will take about 2-3 mins per door. Simply remove the Gasket Retainer (1 screw), and pull off the old Gasket. Install the new gasket by simply pushing the gasket clips into the holes where the old clips came out from. I recently shattered the outer glass on my Whirlpool oven door. (Side note for lesson learned...don't swat at a fly with a broom when its on the oven door. I was able to order new hinge receiver brackets for the door. The repair was not that bad. I just had to take off the lower door, take the two trim pieces off the sides and unscrew the screws holding the oven into the face of the cabinet. Then slide it out about halfway and put a step stool under the front to keep it from tipping over. Then it was just a matter of taking off everything around the sides until I could take the brackets off, put the new brackets on, and put everything back... Read more

The plastic piece on the handle where the screw goes in to hold glass door up had broke. I ordered new handle, the retainer pieces that go over the plastic pieces to lock it all in and screws that were suggested. The screws were the wrong ones. They were way too small. I already had one screw and thankfully only had to buy 1 new one because the screw was $40 and shipping’s $10 for it AND it’s on back order right now.
