Used the video with the parts and replaced the wheels. The only thing we did wrong was using the front wheel axle instead of the back wheel axle on the back wheels. Samsung does not make it easy to replace the casters. The shafts holding the casters are crimped at the ends and had to be cut off with little room for any tools. I had to jack up the fridge and I used a hacksaw blade with a handle to cut through the wheel shafts. I didn't want to use a reciprocating saw. There are little clips that the cover snaps into. It's easier to replace if you slide the cover and the piece it attaches to out. Just open the drawer and pull the cover forward. The clear cover is attached to a piece of white plastic that slides in and out on a small track. Remove the the cover and mounting piece, it's easier to unclip the cover when it's out of the refrigerator. Unclip the old and attach the new. The start button had been tricky to use. You had to push it in just a certain way to get the dryer to start. Eventually it was non-responsive. Chatted with customer service and clarified that spring and fan would easily pull off motor shaft. Adhesive probably was extra measure used during original build of the fridge.
