Remove top of washer (three screws from back) and three screws from the top plastic trim. One screw is inside detergent tray space behind the tray. The tray can be removed by pulling all the way out and then depressing a small lever in the top left. Once the top trim and washer top metal plate are removed, an additional screw is accessible from inside, near the wire channel, and the plastic clips can be pressed to remove the front trim/control panel as a single unit. This spring hanger secures a suspension spring to the washer's cabinet/frame, supporting the tub assembly and helping control vibration. Replace a cracked or broken hanger to restore stable spin performance and reduce banging or shaking.

Troubleshooting guide said no water, but in fact there was too much water because the water level sensor was not operating properly. Code check said E22 - Fill timeout. Reason was that the air hose feeding the water level sensor had a pin hole. There was a spot on the hose between the 2 foam donuts that seems to have worn due to flexing. Air leak prevented pressure from reaching the water level sensor. Replaced the hose - problem solved! Read more
I found two methods to make the repair, one involved removing the entire outer tub ( need a helper to lift it out) and splitting it apart outside the washer. The other method was to split the outer tub while still in the machine. I was working by myself so I used the second method. This repair took the better part of the day and is not for the faint of heart, lots of parts to remove and keep track of. I took several photo during disassembly to refer to when going back together. I found mostly... Read more
This gasket nozzle washer is a small rubber seal that fits at a spray/nozzle connection to help prevent leaks and ensure proper water flow. Replacing a worn gasket restores a secure seal and reduces dripping or pooling. What it does:
I replaced the door seal for the leak. We had a small tear in the sealing surface that resulted in water dripping down the front of the machine (just below the door). I also replaced the detergent dispenser main box with diverter unit. This corrected excessive water being left inside the detergent dispenser at the end of each cycle. I highly recommend replacing the dispenser seal and gasket nozzle to be on the safe side. As these parts are subject to wear and fatigue over the life of the... Read more
I replaced the broken drive belt first and noticed the drive pulley loose. The nut that had held it in place had backed off. This resulted in significant wear on the pulley hub. I just tightened it up and installed the belt. I noticed the belt had a tendency to change its position on the pulley depending on the direction of rotation. I was a bit concerned but decided to see what would happen. This fix lasted for about a week. The belt came off the pulley and broken again. I called a... Read more
A replacement adjustable leveling leg that supports and stabilizes the appliance and helps restore even height for proper door alignment and stable operation. Use this leg when a worn, bent, missing or damaged leg causes rocking, tilting or uneven gaps. What it does:
It started with problems to power on, then the soil level would changed when you'd move the spin speed and finally it didn't power on again. After reading Q&A it was clear the main board was the problem. So I bought a new one, followed the instructions on the video (very helpful) and that was it!! Read more
