Kenmore fh error code Michael H. • Cataula , GA • January 18, 2015
I had a problem with the drain pump on my Kenmore HE3 and I replaced it using a drain pump I ordered from APP. That fixed that problem but once I started running the washer I started getting a FH error code. I looked it up and found that it was a problem with the washer not filling properly. I pulled the washer out and found that one of the fill hoses had kinked when I pushed the washer back in place. There was also some writing on the hose that read "Change hose every five years". I know I had...

A broken lid switch on my whirlpool stackable twin washer Joseph P. • Indialantic , FL • October 25, 2016
Fixing the problem was quite simple. First, I removed the lid assembly (thanks to the diagrams supplied by AppliancePartsPros.com!). Getting the back two screws out was very difficult because I couldn't see them from the front and I could not move the unit out of the enclosed space. After some trial and error, I located the screws which were 5/16 hex head screws and removed them with a MAGNETIC nut driver. (The magnet assures that the screw will not drop down into the mechanism). Second, I...

Whirlpool Cabrio displayed lf would not complete a wash cycle. Brandy H. • Colorado Springs , CO • August 25, 2020
Purchased water inlet valve and new hot and cold water hoses. Unscrewed about 5 screws that were holding the top of the washer in place then slide the top forward and up. Released the control top it popped off no screws. Disconnected the wires attached and unscrewed 2 screws holding the valve in place the popped that off. Popped in a new valve and repeated the process in reverse. Boom done! Very simple works like new!

We found the pump online at AppliancePartsPros.com for our model of Maytag. When we found the part, there was a video posted that was for our exact pump and washer. After watching it, we called Appliance Parts Pros to verify the part. The customer service representative was incredibly helpful and confirmed our diagnosis. We ordered the pump as well as hoses and clamps in case we needed them. We ordered them overnight delivery and the customer service rep said that we might not receive it...
