Replace the ball sensor. Also known as the out of balance sensor . Another confirmatory clue was when I ran the QC diagnostics . The moment I ran the first diagnostic test, the spin test, I got a bE (ball sensor) error code in the display and the drum would rotate slowly. When I replaced the sensor the drum ran at very hig speed the moment I entered the diagnostic. Removed the drum and replaced the bearings, bearing seal, seal between front and rear outer drum, shocks, and lid. It would be helpful to others to also go over an unit that has the controls in the rear as mine does. You simply unclip the lid in the front, take out the four screws for the soap dispenser and lift the lid up and do not have to remove it at all. I ordered the door from Appliance Parts Pros, which was on back order. When it arrived I had already removed the broken door. Please be sure to save your parts as the new door only came with one bushing for the door. Read more
I explained to the representative the piece that was missing on my washer. I had given him the model number etc. He was very helpful to make sure I got the right part he checked it three times just to make sure it was right. I received the part in a very timely matter.
