No luck, I did the easy fixes first by replacing the shock absorbers then the springs to no avail. Looks like the problem is in the much more expensive and difficult spider arm. Read more
Even though I never touched a wash machine, I was able to fix mine after I came across APP site. I read some histories that matched mine and was able to identify the problem and the parts for the fix.
