I suspected the tub gears where ready to break so I dismantled my LG WM2032HW front load washer. I found the spyder gear corroded and broken. I also found that the stainless steel drum abraded the front tub cover so bad, it was cracked. My washer is an early model and always had standing water in the door seal after a wash. What I learned is LG stopped making the orginal front tub cover and replaced it with one that had a drain hole at the bottom front edge. I also learned that this new... Read more
This inlet hose routes incoming water from the washer's fill valve into the machine to support proper filling. Replace a cracked or leaking hose to stop drips, prevent water damage, and restore reliable fill performance.
I figured after 10.5 years that it might be time to replace the dispenser hoses because I was noticing black stuff in the dispenser trays. I replaced two or the four hoses and clamps on the far left side and for good measure the hot water inlet valve. The inlet valve was okay but the screen had all kinds of crap in there that I couldn't clean out so now I have an extra solenoid just in case one of the others fails. While I was at it I removed the dispenser and cleaned the calcium build up on... Read more
The Door Boot Gasket is an OEM part for LG washing machines. It is seated around the perimeter of the washer door opening and forms a watertight seal during wash cycles.
Symptoms of a bad door boot gasket include:
Causes of a faulty door boot gasket can be repetitive washing loads putting pressure on the seal, harsh detergents deteriorating the material over time, or physical damage weakening the integrity.
Replacing your LG OEM door boot gasket will restore a tight closure, preventing water intrusion that could lead to further issues. The new gasket fits precisely into the channel for a durable, long-lasting seal. This replacement part is also compatible with Sears/Kenmore models.
This is the direct-drive rotor for the dishwasher wash motor. It pairs with the stator to spin the impeller and circulate wash water through the spray arms, helping restore proper spray pressure and quieter operation when the original rotor is worn.

This noise filter assembly conditions incoming AC power to reduce electromagnetic interference before it reaches the control system. A failed line filter can cause no power, intermittent shutdowns, or breaker trips; replacing restores stable, reliable operation. What it does:
Checked circuit breaker to d/w first. Good. Went to website to see no power issues. Most all of them mentioned the noise filter being the problem. Removed filter from machine and found the corner melted where fuse is located. Ordered new filter, installed, and now have power to switches. All the information I found on the website really made this a easy job to get done. Read more
The Shipping Bolt Assembly is an OEM part for LG washing machines. This assembly is used to secure the washer drum during transportation, preventing it from moving and getting damaged. Shipping bolts are essential for maintaining the integrity of the washing machine when it is being moved or installed.

Ensuring that the shipping bolts are in place is crucial for protecting the internal components of the washer during transit.
Symptoms of a missing or damaged shipping bolt assembly include:
AppliancePartsPros.com carefully looked up and provided the correct bolts required so the washer drum would not move during transport. Representative really took the time to make sure we had the right bolts. That was important to me...no matter how long it took! The bolts arrived the next day as promised...I had to expedite them due to time limitations. They worked liked a charm and I have run the washer without missing a beat! thanks soooo much! Read more

I started by watching the video and it was very helpful. I would make one suggestion. On our model the weights on the tub sit very close to the front gasket. It is much easier to put the gasket on the tub before you put the weights on. Also, since the washer was tore apart, I replaced the hoses and seals and shocks since the machine is about 8 years old. The shocks made a huge difference. It spins like it did when it was new. Thanks for the video, it was very helpful. Read more
The Motor Stator Bolt is an OEM part for LG washing machines. This bolt secures the stator to the motor, ensuring the stability and proper functioning of the washing machine's motor assembly.
Causes of a bad motor stator bolt can include wear and tear over time, improper installation, or damage from over-tightening or impact. A compromised bolt can lead to instability in the motor, potentially affecting the washer's performance.
Symptoms of a bad motor stator bolt include:
I originally thought the washer had a bad bearing, but once I got it disassembled it the spider arms were broken. This required the replacement of the tub assembly. While replacing the tub I replaced all of the water bellows. The parts came quickly, the live chat and videos were very helpful. This washer has to be completely disassembled to replace the drum, so mark all the screw locations, tag and bag everything and take lots of pics. It was a very rewarding project and hundreds of dollars... Read more
This Screw (drawing) is a factory fastener used to secure appliance panels and components. Replacing a stripped, corroded, or missing screw restores a tight fit, reduces vibration, and helps keep assemblies correctly aligned.
The upper counter-balance weight mount design is a poor design to begin with. It started to rattle loose approximately 5yrs into the 8yrs that we've owned it. As it would start to loosen up (as evidenced by the loud banging noise exhibited during operation); I'd shut it down, pull the top off, remove the weight (it was almost always half rattled off at this point), wrap the mount lugs with friction tape (the plastic lugs were being worn down/chaffed by the balance weight), put the weight back... This hose clamp secures a rubber hose connection to prevent leaks where the hose meets its fitting. A tight, uniform seal helps maintain proper water flow and keeps the appliance operating reliably.
I went to your web site found the part using the model number of the washer machine. Also with the part picture, there was a video showing step by step instructions. They were very clear and was breeze replacing the hose.Doing this myself saved at least probably $150-200. Appliance repair shops quoted me around $80.00 just to come out. Then they mark up the price of the hose at least twice the cost of what I paid , They too have to order the part and come back to install. So the labor was what... Read more
