I pulled out the refrigerator and unplugged it. Then removed the top access panel. Unplugged the fan motor then removed the fan orifice. Removed the fan motor from the orifice. Mounted the fan motor on the new orifice and reinstalled the assembly plugging the fan motor back in as well. Replaced the access panel and plugged in the refrigerator. When we inspected the first time we found that Plactic had broken from the spiral part that for wards the ice. Also there were cracks in two places of other parts.
