Barry G Sinking Spring , PA August 24, 2015 Appliance: Hot Point General Electric HDA3600R20WW Broken base spray arm tab that holds the bottom rotating spray arm in place In the How to fix it your self section of Questions and Answers, your answers for removing the Base Spray Arm is incorrect. It states "just stick a screw driver into the base spray arm from inside the tub and turn", that does not work. Their are 2 tabs that in gauge the base spray arm with the tub. A 4 prong round wrench is required to insert from the bottom into the pump connector and turn the nut that sits inside. I just followed Arts video, went smooth. Wifes happy, things are good.
